Litchfield Council recognises how important it is to create spaces where men can feel welcome, supported, and able to simply be themselves, without expectations, pressure, or the need to “talk about big feelings” unless they want to. With support from the NT Government’s Department of Health and in partnership with a range of local community groups, we’re launching the Litchfield Mates: Catch Up & Chill Program, a series of monthly gatherings designed to strengthen connection, improve wellbeing, and build sustainable support networks right here in Litchfield.

Gym guys, tradies, desk workers and weekend warriors, if your body’s feeling tight, this might be your sign to give yoga a go.

Join us for a relaxed, beginner-friendly session designed for men of all ages and abilities. No pressure, no experience needed, just a chance to move, stretch and look after yourself.
