The Litchfield Local Government Area is now on a Cyclone Warning.
The following council services will close today due to the Cyclone Warning:
- Litchfield Council Office will close at 12pm Friday 21/11/2025
- Pound is now CLOSED Friday 21/11/2025 (please keep stray dogs until it reopens)
- Litchfield Community Library now CLOSED Friday 21/11/2025
- Thorak Cemetery will close at 2pm Friday 21/11/2025
- Recreational Reserves will close at 12pm Friday 21/11/2025
- Humpty Doo Waste Transfer Station: will close at 6pm Friday 21/11/2025
- Howard Springs Waste Transfer Station: will close at 6pm Friday 21/11/2025
- Berry Springs Waste Transfer Station: will close at 6pm Friday 21/11/2025
Once closed, services will remain closed until further notice.
Please be aware of water on the roads and ensure you do not cross deep or rapidly flowing water.
