Resource Recovery Program Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Recovery Program Leader (Level 7) to join our Infrastructure and Operations team in Humpty Doo.

In this role, you will ensure the effective management and daily operations of the Council's Waste Transfer Stations. This includes the development of new policies and procedures to guide the management of waste and improve waste management services for the Municipality. You will liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure a consistently safe and secure environment. You will also be responsible for compliance with health and safety and develop and implement work rosters for staff to ensure a sufficient workforce for the efficient operations of the transfer stations.
