Contract labour is used where required to complete other Council tasks.
Council Staff undertake the administrative actions required to achieve the Councils strategic directions, policies and plans.
In accordance with the Local Government Act Section 103, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the appointments of staff in the staffing plan approved by Council.
