  6. Lifetime Registration purchase prior to 30 June 2020 will remain valid.
  7. Refunds available on request for deceased animals within 6 months of 1 September.
  8. Working Dog owners will be required to provide evidence that they are carrying on a business of  primary production.
  9. Assistance Dog owners will be required to provide evidence they have been trained by a  recognised assistance dog training institution.
  10. Concession applies to pensioners who are eligible to obtain a concession on their rates.
