Council Meetings
Council meetings lead and guide the good governance of the Municipality and provide a forum for Councillors to discuss various Council issues. Council conducts its formal decision making process through Ordinary Council Meetings and Special Council meetings when required.
Three of the five Council members need to be present at a meeting for decisions to be made.
The agenda is available on the Monday prior to the meeting at the Council offices and online. Copies can also be distributed to the public at the meeting.
The Council generally holds Ordinary Meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6.30pm. All meetings are open to the public and are held in the Council Chambers situated at 7 Bees Creek Road, Freds Pass. During December and January only one Council Meeting is held for each month.
