Freds Pass Road Works

The developer of 110 Freds Pass Road is undertaking works to install a stormwater road crossing.

These works will involve the temporary closure of Freds Pass Road from Monday 26 June and reopening by Saturday 15 July 2017.

Council's role has been to assess and provide approval of the works permit for these works to go ahead.

At the time of approval Council advised the developer that a visual message board was to be installed on site to ensure notification to all road users.

The developer also committed to delivering letters to residents in the surrounding areas.

In addition, the developer is placing an ad in the NT News on Saturday informing readers of the temporarily changed traffic conditions.

It was agreed that the school holidays would be the optimal time to conduct these works as the traffic will be somewhat decreased.

The developer acknowledges that undertaking these works is an inconvenience and appreciates your patience during the construction phase.
